Having read about his amazing gentleman on line... what a truly amazing man! Clearly, highly intelligent, very knowledgeable and someone who undertood and liked people...So many languages too! Of course, a requirement for all who really desire to communicate with others, as I do, too. A most exceptional combination of personal qualities. A man of Christian faith too. He is the kind of gentleman I would have loved to have met to have a chat about his life, what he learned and the things that impressed him the most. I am very interested in people ... what is it that makes them 'tick.'. I read all this because I am searching for the history of 'Pursaill', I am a Pursall. My late mother's family, who originate from Handsworth , Kinver, Kidderminster and then Dublin - going backwards. Scots Irish , originally of the MacSporran Clan,und the MacDonalds. I wondered if this 'PURSAILL' might be related to me.
